WHAT A TOOLBOX “TEA” THIS WAS!!
For IDAHOBIT 2023, Icon hosted and empowered a Queers in Property Speaker Series panel discussion and networking event on diversity & inclusion in construction at their beautiful and warm HQ in Richmond.
Our Friends, Allies and Queers had the opportunity to get together to help everyone build their toolkits on how to deal with difficult moments, as a queer person, an ally, or as a person responsible for creating culture onsite or in the office. Our panelists shared their very personal stories lived in the construction industry.
