What a year for QIPs in Naarm / Melbourne!

Our first Midsumma Pride March. Partnering with the Property Council of Australia on their Annual DEI Luncheon. QHouses and QConnects celebrating more of our community, including our trans and gender diverse family. 2026 has been a big one, now it’s time to celebrate, together.

In construction, when the final beam goes up, the crew stops to mark the “topping out” milestone. That’s the spirit of our end of year celebration. This year, we took the reins and brought LGBTQIA+ visibility to the forefront of our industry. Now let’s look back and reflect on the progress made.

Join us for our EOY QConnect: Topping Out 2026 on Thursday 3 December at 99 Green St in Cremorne, a brand new workplace by Riverlee, as we close out the year with our community.

On the night, expect:
🎶 A queer DJ spinning tracks across the night
🎤 A drag performance
🍴 Grazing boards and drinks
✨ Time to catch up with queer peers and allies to reflect on the year that was and get merry
