Last October we set out to find Susan, Ellen, Lilly, Brenda, and any queer identifying women in property and construction to explore the lack of representation they face – and we found them! Thank you to everyone who attended and made our League of Legendary Lesbians event possible last week.

Our inspiring panelists Olivia Christie from Armitage Jones, Jude Tsai from Slattery, Samantha Peart from Development Victoria and Victoria Dixon from Multiplex shared their experiences on coming out, ‘call it out’ culture, lesbian visibility and support from allies. A key takeaway was the empowerment from letting your light out and building the confidence to be yourself in a heteronormative industry. There’s no single way to be out and proud.
