In an industry where LGBTQIA+ identities have often gone unseen, we create platforms for genuine visibility. By seeing each other and being seen, we challenge discriminatory attitudes and inspire a more inclusive future for all.

Through connection, storytelling, and mentorship, we nurture confidence and pride. We encourage our members to take up space, challenge norms, and lead from wherever they are. We believe diverse voices lead to better decisions, better design, and better places.

SPEAKER SERIES
Our curated speaker events spotlight LGBTQIA+ voices and lived experiences across the built environment. Through panels and talks co-hosted with partner organisations, we explore meaningful themes — from inclusive housing and workplace equity to Queering Urbanism and designing public spaces that reflect all communities. Speaker Series events are an opportunity to showcase the incredible, impactful, and city-shaping work of our community.
QHouse Events
QHouse opens the doors to the work and ideas of our community. Hosted at new developments, display suites and community spaces, these events showcase projects led by LGBTQIA+ professionals while exploring the themes that are shaping our cities.
QConnect
QConnect is a relaxed, welcoming social catch-up designed to foster genuine connection between LGBTQIA+ people in property, placemaking, design, and construction. These gatherings are fun, unstructured, and community-first.
INCLUSIVE SUPPORT
We support organisations on their inclusion journeys. Through guidance, referrals, and shared resources, we help partners strengthen their gender equity strategies, navigate inclusive language and policies.
FOCUSED CHARITY
We raise funds, donate time, and amplify causes that align with our mission and matter to our community.

At our core, we’re just a cute little queer community here for the hangs and the vibes, offering space where we can all exist authentically and help make a difference.
